GAME DESIGN

GAMEPLAY

WONG is a tactile local multiplayer reinterpretation of Pong, replacing fixed paddles with direct line drawing. Optional bonuses let them switch to orange acceleration lines or blue double-ball lines through ink gauges. The design focuses on readability, immediate interaction, shared-screen tension, and fast competitive rounds.

GAME MECHANICS

Default White Drawing
Players can draw white lines to create blocking surfaces (5 max spawn at the same time).

Orange Bonus - Acceleration
Orange lines speed up the ball, making it harder to react and increasing pressure.

Blue Bonus - Double Ball
Blue lines spawn a second ball on contact, adding chaos and splitting focus.

Center Charge & Gold Zone
Once full, it becomes a gold zone. If the ball passes through it, the ball turns grants 10 points.

WHY IT WORKS

The design stays accessible because players can rely on simple white-line play, while optional bonuses and the gold zone add depth without over complicating the match.
